Texas Land & Cattle on St. Marys in San Antonio committed a breach of contract and performed coersive acts in not allowing me and a tour of 19 people to leave their restaurant on December 6, 2003 until I signed an incorrect charge on American Express.I had a signed contract for `Cookie Cutter` Menu that dinner for 20 people would be $25.76 per person including tip and tax. After dinner, they would not allow my group to leave until I had signed a credit card charging $25 per person plus additional tip and tax...an overcharge of $105.41.
They clearly are in breach of contract and performed coersive tactics in not allowing my group to leave the restaurant until I had signed the credit card with overcharges on it. We waited over 30 minutes trying to get him to correct the error.
They verbally promised twice they would refund the overcharge, but now they refuse to do so.
Warning!!! the management does NOT honor contracts & is known to overcharge!!!
